At The Adventure Studio, every order is carefully handmade, packed and dispatched with care from our South Wales workshop.

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days.

During busy periods, product launches or seasonal events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery

We send all orders using Royal Mail.

Delivery options and costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

The Adventure Studio cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and the items received.

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
